Called twice no answer machine message, I called the number after 5.30pm and it didn't ring went straight to "your call is important to us" then it answered with someone in the middle of another conversation - that's enough for me to know I don't want to speak to them. If you say you have had no accident, they mostly hang up the phone and that's it... I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.

This is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are more similar numbers reported (all 020347608xx - just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre.
