I ve had three calls today from 02088523462 five yesterday, every time trying to convince me that they are "Microsoft technical" that my computer is "sending them errors". I know this is bs and decided today to have a nice long conversation with them about my background in networks engineering and how I know it is bs, but I understand that the guy on the other line is only doing his job and reading a script and that if he doesn t get abusive with me we should be able to resolve this. Couldn't give me a number to call them on, nor a website, nor a UK company registration number. Asked to speak to 'Bia's supervisor - she would not transfer me until I told her whether I was on benefits. I told her I would not tell her that - personal information. Wanted to speak to a supervisor but no luck. Tempted to say 'yes' just to get through to a supervisor - but decided not in case that just lead to even more calls!!! These guys are calling every couple of days.
