They rang and then hung up without saying anything. When I called the number back I got a recorded message, didn't say who they were but apparently "my call is very important to them and I will be transferred to the first available agent". I hung up and blocked their number!
This range of London numbers 2034760xxx is used by call centre working for non-profit organisations, mostly connected with Amnesty International, but can be used for different organisations (Unicef, NSPCC - https://www.nspcc.org.uk/) - also reported as robocaller.
