number which rang me was 02342541234 but couldn't find this when i looked on the internet. the person who rang is a parasitic lowlife. I told him he had woken my baby which was true he said " so go to hell" I could barely understand him when he rang but the so go to hell was clear enough.

Guy asked for me by name, said he was calling from Aviva about a life insurance enquiry or something I apparently made. Knew one of my email addresses plus my previous home address (haven't lived there for over a year). Some Indian guy with a British name calls me at least 5 times every day. They are really stubborn and they want to know every sell-able information about you. I have requested to them about 10 times that I am not interested, please opt me out, but they just don t give a damn about my privacy or respect my decision of not giving out the information I am not comfortable in giving! DO NOT ANSWER.

Had a couple of calls from these guys now, they describe themselves as a crime prevention unit but are nothing more than an advertising company, after 10 mins of them telling me they needed my help to name and shame illegal tradesmen I asked if they were anything to do with the police or actual crime prevention at all, at that point the guy got a bit nasty and I ended the call. Avoid.

This is a company called Secure Homecare Ltd, trading as 247 Assist. They purport to provide homecare services such as pendant alarms etc. Once they have an elderly persons phone number they ring regularly, approxiately once every 2 months and sell a further item - usually in the region of about £135- £150.00. We were able to obtain a refund for the last one sold completely unecessarily to my mother - it took about a month to get a refund. We asked them to ensure that they removed details from their databas
