So, so, so tired of this same phone call every couple of weeks. I have blocked every number it comes through yet still they manage to contact me. I do not understand how they get away with it?!?! Something should be done.

These people are phoning me from 8.30am until late at night, asking if im me and going through security questions to verify who i am. I tell them ive already spoken to someone but i have to go through the same old crap four or five times a day. Basically..I had dealings with them because I skipped a £10 payment on one of my store cards..they keep phoning me up to 3-4 times a day.. Anything more than twice a day is harassment. The past few times I answered the phone though.Noone said a word.. I am furious because I paid my card off days ago and they still trying to terrorise me with their unpleasant calls.
