Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - sometimes energy companies. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! Has rung 3 or times a day for several days. Initially I refused to answer as it was an unknown number and never left a message. Then one brief message was left, merely asking for my name but not announcing who was calling, so I have answered twice since, thrash it out with them and get them to leave me alone but each time it has been total silence.
