A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. Female called Lauren contacted my mother (70 s) to sell service to stop unwanted calls (ironic). Very persistent and aggressive selling manner.she used the old trick of assuming my mother wished the service and went straight for her bank details. Thankfully my mother did not pass any. Lowest form of scum these people no better than bogus callers who steal from the elderly.

These people have been trying to phone me for awhile asking for someone i have never heard of sick of them now. These numbers should be blocked for harassment calls.
said they were from BT and they needed to change my internet router connection port. Then proceeded to attach to my computer and offer me a refund of £434. wanted me to check my bank while they were on the line and I refused. Switched off computer at the plug
