They sent me a text out of the blue asking to contact them WRT to their client FedEx Europe. A ref number was given, though no reason for why I should contact them. Googling shows Controlaccount to be a debt collection company, though I have no prior business with them.

This caller 02030926430 calls two to three times a day, do not answer. I have just read all your comments and they don t come as such a surprise, felt strongly that this call was of a suspicious nature. Thank you all for your comments.

Nothing BT or TPS can do - Government are the only ones with the power to stop these types of calls.
