PPI/Bank Charges claim company. Latest one is Endowment Policies. Aside from just hanging up, I find the best course of action with these guys is to just lie to them. Give them made-up details so they waste their time with fruitless nonsense. Tell them you paid PPI on a Swiss bank account with ?10m in funds given to you by a Nigerian prince. Keep calm and tell absurd lies, and this kind of call actually starts to be a lot of fun!

This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers. I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.

An Asian gentleman said he was from talk talk and needed to check my router. Asked for access to my PC which I reluctantly gave as he was able to give me part of my address and my talk talk account number. Offered me a refund of ?200 but I needed to access my bank account. Call from PPU Insurance for my washing machine. When I said I didn't want to set up another insurance package, the caller hung up immediately without saying anything else.
I play them at their own game.....their on commotion so every second wasted hurts them, so I play along giving them false details then after about ten mins I start to ask sexually explicate questions about them, their girl/boy friends and there mums......they don t know how to react when you ask if they prefer to wax or shave the bikini line......then I tell them I have to go as their mums out of the shower and ready to go at it hard again .....they actually put YOU on the block list if you waist THEIR time
