SCAM - fake text from Virgin Mobile that says your direct debit has failed. It tells you to go to the URL Https://virginmedia-mobile.co.uk which is clearly a fake mockup of the real site. DO NOT PUT YOUR REAL ACCOUNT INFO IN! If you type literally anything into the login boxes it takes you to a fake page that looks just like Virgin Mobile where it asks for payment. This is a scam - if you inserted your login info, reset your password immediately on the real website.
This firm is on the FCA's list of unauthorised traders. It's legal for them to trade in UK if they are a foreign owned firm authorised elsewhere in the EU or overseas, but will not be covered by the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme if anything goes wrong. Proceed with extreme caution as there are a lot of scammers in this business.

Answered call from this number and it was a recorded message advising my BT internet connection was to be disconnected today. Not even a BT customer. Did online checks of number and one site claims call is from Australia!! The number is now blocked. Scammers becoming a real pain.
