Short calls, several times. When I answer, they called me by my first name, as though she knew me? then went on about my Aviva insurance that I have recently cancelled? I've had calls and texts from this number for days, asking for someone named Robert. I've answered twice. The first time, they hung up after I said I wasn't Robert. The second time, I argued with the man on the phone, who told me I'd have to pay £75 for the calls and texts to stop. He also said I need to "keep thinking" if I carried on with attitude...steer clear.

Asian lady called saying she was from a lifestyle survey, had a correct name, address and phone number stating this was not a sales call. After asking a couple of benign questions around gas supplier the questions became more intrusive and her attitude became more aggressive. At this point I waved her a cheery goodbye i.e. told her to F.....Off! As it was my mobile they called I have put the number into auto-reject address book - something I didn't know I had until reading this helpful website!
