SCAM. The source of this call is in Russia and was a text message purportedly from a Hermes a delivery company and saying that they were unable to deliver an item. To get it delivered to reply. Obviously a big Russian scam. I have nothing on order from anyone either. Don't touch it if you get a message from this #.

I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. I hate these people and others like them. I never press any of the numbers (eg, 5 to speak or 9 to reject) as i assume it is a computer generated call "phishing". If i were to press the 9 - opt out option, I assume would be confirming to the computer my nuber is a real live number and they would sell it on.
Introduced themselves as Legal Solutions, when i said I m not interested if its a PPI claim or accident claim" the response was "Mr last name its not a sales call you little bas**rd then they put the phone down.

Overseas noisy background call centre female claiming to be from ‘the technical department’ not a specific company just technical department. Red flags were didn’t know my name or address. I challenged her told her she was talking rubbish about being a technical department. I used a few choice profanities to which she called me a few! I asked her if those were technical terms and she hung up! Obvious scamming call. The call was at 08:45 on a Saturday.

Said she was calling from BT open reach about my internet being hacked. Said she would not ask for any personal or bank details. Asked if I had given my internet password to anyone outside my house. I kept asking her for her details but she then asked me if I had a mobile phone. I knew she was scamming and asked her to shut up for one moment and she then said and you shut up two and then she hung up. This would have been dangerous if I had let her download any app or software to my phone
