It IS Sky and if you ask them they will openly state they got your number from a third party. IE, they bought it. Have you done a survey of ANY kind? If so that is how your number is passed to them. They will apologise and remove your number from their database if you request it.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. My mother answered the phone and automated message said that a card has been cancelled with an un-named bank,,, my mother hung up and informed me... found out that it is a scam. Checked with bank to make sure and everything is fine.
this caller did not withhold this number the first time i did call back the caller held on the line with nothing been said, the second time this caller gave heavy breathing i then folowed by hanging up the phone
