I had one called ruby (again indian sounding), my washing machine warranty was ending, let her go through all the spiel re cost etc, after shed finished I said I will take the highest cost one, but on one condition... tada, drum roll..... she tell e her real indian name and where in india she was based.. but, but, but lol,,, then as she kept speaking, i kept talking over her asking her indian name and where in india she was based and that it was a scam. she then told me to shut up then hung up on me :(

Had two calls from this number. They hung up when I asked them to prove who they were in response to being asked for my security details. I have TPS on my mobile but this number got through today. She said she was Julia from (didn t get company name) and I had recently been involved in a car accident. Received an abandoned call on 22/03/2023. I called back and they immediately knew my name as they could see my number (despite it being withheld). After much persuasion on my part, they told me they were DIRECT AFFINITY EUROPE and had been given my details by a Hull motor dealer (D.M. Keith) to chase a 'lost sale'. But I had told D.M Keith that my number should never be passed to any third party!

Fraud said they were to do with repairs. Lots of voices and noise in background. Asked if I was council housing association, when I told them they should know this, they started asking if I had reported damp, mould, cracked windows or any other jobs. I told them they should have that on the computer and to tell me which they are calling for... I got ok madam good day and they hung up. Sounded like they were calling from India not London as showing on screen.

SCAM Caller said they were from Amazon and that I would have a high payment charged monthly (£79.99) unless cancelled and the caller was going to "help me" cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. After some arguing (as she tried to get me to stay on the line), I hung up and checked Amazon website going through their online chatbot. They called I answered, they hung up and when I attempted to call back the phone went dead. Several attempts were made to return there call as I am very security aware. However as no msg or call was made to my house I assume its a PPI or cold calling scam. I will retract any commets if I find they are untrue for now my view is dont bother to answer.
