Someone called me from this number at 0800 this morning (didn t hear it, I was in bed). Assume it is a scam call, I know no-one in Camarthen; I also live in Switzerland.

Had 3 calls in the space of two hours. Did not answer as aware it was a cold call.

Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer. He said he could not send me an email to confirm who he was so I asked him to call back in half an hour whilst I ring BT to clarify who he is, he quickly put the phone down. Last night I received a call from this number and a man asked to speak to my husband. When I asked what it was about he said he was from Chase Alexander. I asked for more details and he hung up This morning he phoned again and again said he was from Chase Alexander and wanted to speak to my husband. When I asked him what he was calling about he said it was in regard to an accident. I informed him my husband had not had an accident could he be more specific. He got annoyed and said he needed to speak to him

Seemed suspicious, person with very strong asian accent asking for my email address. Did. not give a reason so hung up.

Voicemail left from what appears to be a computer generated source stating that she was an old aged pensioner and accusing me of stealing her phone. Not very nice as this was left on my daughters phone and we have had the contract for over 2 years.
