They are an Indian call centre who use spoof caller ID numbers. Do not trust them! Block them with a call blocker (you may need to block VOIP calls)or answer the call something like this: "This is the FBI - we have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up! All units - GO! GO! GO!" That should make them hang up!

I received a call from this number just now. He said he was from a company called Technical Help Service and told me my computer had a virus. Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.
