Claimed to be American express offering credit service similar to Experian but from a credit checking company I ve never heard of before. Said had to answer questions before they could send policy. Declined politely as they would not send any information in post without me answering financial questions.

An Asian male going by the name of "Mark Bradford" rang is claiming our broadband was going to be disconnected due to suspicious stuff happening on our homehub. He gave me a BT identification number and the phone number to their call centre, when I informed him I was going to verify his credentials, he told me to ring via mobile and that if we hang up the landline, he'll disconnect the Internet then hung up.
