Someone called Alex phoned and said a nember of my family had been involved in a recent car accident. I said that wasn t true and he put the phone down. I ve been getting a lot of "you can make a claim" calls recently.

This company is Eureka they're first aid suppliers.

Called 4 times today, rang off when ansafone said "we are not available". Did not attempt to leave message.

PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. They asked for my email address so they could let me know where they obtained my number from. I refused to give it, as next thing they will be sending me emails too. Rang to speak to husband after asking them more questions than they asked me eventually realised who they are. I have been searching for van insurance quotes on line and they are chasing these up but still wanted to speak to husband after explaining that I was the one looking but because he was owner of vehicle was searched in his name - SO ANNOYING

at this point a misdial from a local number, in which case no harm done I don't use my landline except for internet connections and never answer it if it rings. If this number rings again I will block the number. If it was someone I knew they would have my mobile number and know to use it.

Nobody came on the line when I answered the phone at 9.17 am today. Sounded like automated dialling with nobody free to speak when I answered.
