These type of companies work from a dialling system where numbers are selected at random. They say they are calling about a recent accident on the off chance that the 1 in a million (slightly exaggerated) people they call say they have been in one. I like to have fun with these people and keep them on the phone asking lots of questions thinking they have secured me.......but if they get me on a bad day then they get a lot of abuse. Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. Received a phone call saying that he worked for windows and that a large number of logged reports of potential threats to my computer had been received by them and they were phoning to try and sort it out. Like the person before he gained access to my computer and said that windows defender was out of date and needed to be updated at a cost of £150. Total scam - do not even speak to these people.
