Just received an automated call from this number claiming to be BT and they were terminating the internet connection today, 2 options given I choose neither and hung up. Considering I'm not with BT I presume this is yet another scam and if anyone does actually choose an option then they'd get charged through the nose when the call connects.

Constant harassment from these people on my work mobile number. Asking for someone who does not and has never worked for this company. They refuse to take my number off of their database despite countless requests on countless occasions.
Hard to understand as the man had a very thick Indian accent, was calling from the fraud investigation department of ? On balance of probability i felt it was a scam call.
Claiming I had a car accident and they can help with the claim, when challenged how they obtained my number (registered on TPS) they became very aggressive and abusive. Clearly they operating some sort of scam. Once you begin to challenge them they shut down they will hang up and place you on hold and refuse to give any credible information which would allow you to then report the issue appropriately to get them shutdown.
