Rang my mother . Knew all her details. Pretended to be British Gas and said if she paid 199.99 now she would save money. They even knew her BG home service plan was up for renewal soon. He was so polite and convincing, she gave her bank card details. Luckily Nationwide have done a visa dispute and refunded her. We have phoned trading standards, British gas . Written a cancellation letter to so called company. This needs to go to Watchdog.
Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. They were talking about new government releases and just lots of jargon basically. Would have preferred a straight forward plain English this is who we are and what we do type approach... 02 Dec 2021 - called repeatedly - using terms such as my friend or my lover. Lots of call centre noise in the back ground, all saying different things to different callers. Never found out what they wanted. Asked them to remove me from their data base three times. Reply
This number called me then when I tried to return there was 'dialled an inccorect number' message. Not sure what it was or is.
End call immediately, do not communicate as this is a fraudulent number.

SCAM - addressed me by my name and verified my address. The lady basically said that my fibre-glass wool loft insulation is no longer valid and they in my area tomorrow doing surveys in the neighbouring roads. I said that I was in the property business and I have not heard of this and I would need to look into it. And guess what he phone went dead. How rude, not even a goodbye.

Rude Asian man telling me about a problem with my computer. His supervisor called me back and asked why I had been rude to his staff. I told him that he was rude by saying that he would put a block on my computer and I would have to pay to get it working again. The 3rd call was just shouting at me in a foreign language.
