Called randomly without leaving voicemail

Rang my mother . Knew all her details. Pretended to be British Gas and said if she paid 199.99 now she would save money. They even knew her BG home service plan was up for renewal soon. He was so polite and convincing, she gave her bank card details. Luckily Nationwide have done a visa dispute and refunded her. We have phoned trading standards, British gas . Written a cancellation letter to so called company. This needs to go to Watchdog.

Not recognising number and no credit to call back

Yet again to day this number says it from amazon, when tried to call back number is not recognised

this no keeps calling me every day saying they are from EE & trying to sell me phones & tablets etc. they are nothing to do with EE and I think they are a scam.

Constantly calls, approx. 4 calls a day, until the last 3 or 4 days where it has become more, including 30 calls at least today!!
