Unsolicited call from Wolverhampton based Financial Advice company. Call ignored, but they did leave a fairly polite message (doesn't happen often with cold call companies!) saying why they called and details to call them back if interested. I'm not interested so will block!

Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Today's call it was the 30% discount again - and hung up.

I answered an E-mail about a holiday discount. I then had to reply by inserting a Pin number on my mobile. They have a lot of cheek cos they do not tell you upfront about the charges. I phone my Mobile account holder O2 and they were great. They stopped any future charges, however I will telephone the 08000 number demanding a refund.

An Alex Johnson left vm. He said we was of "Websecurity......." can't get the last word, saying following me taking out a Firewall security plan with them in 2017! my renewal was due for the next 6 years in the sum of £1499.00 and if I did not phone to cancel they would automatically take this money from my account and I was to ensure there were sufficient funds. I have no record of this transaction.

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.
