A VERY Asian sounding DANIEL just called from 02082132170 claiming to be from "technical services"..... put the phone down on me when I commented he was no more a DANIEL than I was a MOHAMMED!!! I keep getting calls to my work phone - so annoying. We are a front line service for abused and vulnerable people within the West Midlands. Their calls are disruptive to our business.
Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
This number as been calling me for months so I decided to answer it they said they were reviewing my life in surance policy took some details off me then passed me to another person he didn t have a clue what he was talking about I got very suspicious of what he was saying so I ended the call not happy with the questions they were asking me be very careful with this number
