I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Vanquis; pure harrasment. I now have 6 different numbers, mobile and landlines all from the same source. Am communicating with company, written, but calls still come. Will report to FCA soon.

Called my call centre claiming to be open reach(BT) network in area needs to discuss. When I called them back did not want to say why they were calling and did not announce who they were. BT would have done. Once pressed for details they hung up so I d say they are scammers and not to be trusted. But that is just my view.

Repeated calls to our number and hangs up when phone is answered.
