Said from Windows in London, Paddington. I could see it was Grimsby and I have had fake Windows calls before so hung up.

This number is coming through on a local exchange but is a company calling saying that "according to their very accurate information, you've had a bump with your car in the last 2 years". Not accurate at all. These callers now seem to be able to use local exchanges so if you only glance at the number you answer the call.
