You must book a test kit: https://my-pcr-order.com But, the SMS does not actually mention Covid-19! And, the website it takes you to appears to be the genuine NHS website, where it explicitly says you no longer have to isolate or do a lateral flow test, and there is no information on how to get a pcr test now that Test and Trace no longer operates!!!

I have been called several times yesterday back to back from firstly a London number twice, then twice from private number and this one today. They all start by saying am I ****** when I ask who they are they mumble something then ask me if I own or rent my property. The person who called today was female and I could actually understand what she said, except for the initial mumble. This number has called our home landline numerous times 700-336-4351 comes in as "Service Code". Answered it once and no one on the other end. We just hear a click. Very annoying at best.

They're usually quick to say they're not selling, simply enquiring; surveying; etc.
14th Feb 2024 at 1148 - Call claiming that our loft insulation was reaching the end of its warranty life (20 years) and they would like to inspect it - when I told the man that the house was not built 20 years ago and that we did not have a loft, the man rang off immediately.

I had a call this afternoon apparently from this number 08000234567, which I know is the number of the Financial Ombudsman's Office, when the caller said he was from the fraud dept of my bank. I had called the Financial Ombudsman earlier in the day on that number. It did not feel right and when I challenged the caller he put down the phone. Somebody may be able to pick up the numbers of those who have called the FOO? I will tell the FOO by email as their phone system takes too long to get through!
