Tried to say that money was attempted out of my account with NatWest. I don’t have an account with NatWest. SPAM.
My number is telephone preference system (TPS) and therefore this company - or any others like it - should not be calling - this was a 'fishing' call. Callers' name was 'Joe' - male, said he was 'an energy advisor'. End of call. Don't call again, Joe, you might get my husband next time and he is nowhere near as polite as I am.
They cut themself off mid-sentence after what sounded like someone shouting. Very heavy Indian accent.
Concerns about this number on answer I got a long pause then a bleep then a automated voice say goodbye

Think this was a scam, it took a while to connect and then went through to a call centre. I asked who it was and then it hung up.

Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. A man with a very strong Indian accent said his name was James, called from this number saying he was from 3 mobile. He said it was regarding an "upgradetion" He didn't ask me to confirm even my name, but asked how much I was paying for my monthly contract. I told him if he was really from 3, he would already have access to that information, he didn't want to talk any more, and hung up on me. Definitely a SCAM!
