This is Clearanswer call centre Hull, orange have an external contract with them so realisticly they are working on behalf of orange. Its not a scam the promotions are genuine. Basically they do work for orange to help them out. I believe they also have a contract with Talk Talk. They ask if you have a mobile as you could change it at anytime. My daughter got stung for £55 for a call to HMRC. Its clearly not the HMRC they would never be allowed to charge extortionate telephone rates and I've phoned them on a number of occasions without charge. I suspect its a scam number that then redirects to the HMRC. DO NOT PHONE THEM - look on your last tax bill as the HMRC website doesn't make it easy to find a number to call.
I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the

Claiming to be UK Energy Tariffs/Together Energy/Direct Energy - I got all three names in the course of a single phone call. Definitely trying to get my bank details off me, because apparently, I can't get this energy deal on their website, which they gave me as being ukenergytariffs.com but seems to be for South Africa if you look at the privacy statement.
