when I didn't answer this unknown to me number after 1 minute it suddenly changed to International and rang for another minute

This number phones 2 or 3 times a day luckily I have facility to block the number.

2 calls today - introduced themselves as TalkTalk to discuss "router servicing". Line was very poor, when I said so they hung up. Contacted TalkTalk and they confirmed it was a scam call.
