A chap called Liam called to speak to me about my recent road accident. Interesting, although I ve been in no such accident. This is the 7th or 8th time receiving calls like this. I d love to know where they are getting their information from.

Scam. American type accent called about an accident I supposedly had. I ve only had my phone number for a week and only given it out out my Mum so I guess they re calling random numbers, or all the numbers between two real ones - in either case they don t have the details of any accident.

Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them. ANY call about your computer, router, viruses, h...

3-4 times a week, also asking for someone that doesn t live here. Have told them to remove us from their lists but they continue. Don t give them the time of day.

Number has called twice today. Both times they rang off before I could answer.

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge.
