They replied on a very rude way: "I am not asking you if you are interested or not, just if you have or not a life insurance". I said no thanks, and goodbye. I doubt that would be the best way to communicate with customers...

The same experience as Rob, except that the caller (allegedly BT Open Reach) got further along the line before I realised it was a scam and rang off. However, in that time malware had been installed on my computer and was already beginning to use money in my PayPal account. I have finally rectified this, as well as with my bank. Just called and advised of an emergency and advised me to leave the building.
Getting 2 calls a day from this number, mostly no one on line which is then disconnected and several occasions they have questioned pensions. I have asked to be removed from call list which has not been done. number now blocked with the other 160 nuisance callers.
Fraud - called with recorded voice claiming to be about customs charges and to press 1 to avoid arrest (!). Hung up.
