It was a dead call. It rang, I answered. Several seconds of silence later and the call dropped. Another site has a claim that it is a debt management company. I could not tell. Ringing and hanging up to encourage a call back seems to be on the rise. I would say that there is no reason to trust it.

DO NOT answer the call. They don t need to have a conversation with you, just toknow the line is active. They find this out by you answering. They then sell your details and number on to other advertisers and brokers.

Keep calling using new numbers. Have told them on repeated calls to remove my number from database. Number gained through a solar inquiry 4 years ago. have now imformed them if company rings again I will invoice company £100 plus VAT for each call they make to me. I will then take them to small claims court if they do not pay.

I spoke to George at Insure me online. He was actually very professional, and it was to do with a life insurance enquiry that I made online. I did tell him about me Googling his number as I didn t recognise it, and we had a bit a joke about why I would spend my time searching for his number, when it s so much easier to just pick up the phone. ...anyway, he seemed like a nice chap, so my advice to anyone else is just to pick up the phone and see what he has to say.

Many calls during the day. Some unanswered. When I did get to speak to someone, they asked for Mr John living at a completely different address. I told them it wasn t me and they hung up immediately. On subsequent calls, I kep asking them to stop as I am not mr John. They just hang up. I m on TPS and ex-directory.

SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Not a day goes by without a moron calling from this number and asking to speak to a Mr Green. The same person calls on a different number if you block the number they are calling from.
