It was only because the person sounded so unprofessional that I questioned her; turned out to be a complete scam. They claimed I was owed money even though I've been paid. Paid number This number appeared twice in my mobile phone bill as chargeable "Picture or Multimedia Messages". I have no idea who the number belongs to. This mobile phone is a "second phone" which has only been used to make one phone call and send one SMS text.- I've used it for data and local wifi data connections. I'm guessing there's an app or website I've used that somehow is sending these multimedia messages?

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam
Could hardly understand the woman. For some reason she stopped talking and there was just background noise (people in office)for 1 minute, then surprise suprise phone went dead. Tried to ring the number back but surprise surprise it does not accept calls!!!! Idiots!

Safe number Sky VIP. I ended up with a much better deal. The number 0800 862 0818 is genuine, but everyone should always consider if a number is spoofed - try to get them to tell you something about you that they know already. Eg if they ask for your email, tell them a fake one and see if they know it's fake. If they don't, they may not be genuine.
