Hi, I got the same message from the AA saying I had successfully changed my password, when I had not. Tried logging in directly through the AA web site,but wouldn't accept my log in details. Looked on this site and saw numerous people had the same problem Called the AA on their published telephone number from their web site, and they are aware of the problem and say it is an in house problem and that they have not been hacked! Will have to see how this is resolved.

The service representative suggested leaving it for at least 24 hours (from Monday afternoon) before trying to reset my password myself.
