Told the quietly spoken scottish lady that cold calls are illegal and that this is harassment, demanded the name and address of their company as I was going to report them to OFCOM. Oddly enough they hung up. I think next time I will just blow my whistle down the phone, good for a laugh as call centres wear headsets lol
