I answered this as it was my local area code, but turned out to be PPI claims. The guy had a northern accent, possibly Bradford area, which is unusual here on the south coast, so I reckon that this number is spoofed.
Even if you answer and tell them you’re not interested they will call again in a few days. So annoying
