I got text messages from this number, claiming to be someone called Emma. I was nearly taken in until they asked for a Phone voucher because they were in the hospital. I then realised that the only Emma I know enough is a Consultant Paediatrician, and so probably wouldn't be asking for money. Potentially dangerous

The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. Got a similar call a while ago and checked with actual Three and they didn't know anything about it.
