The caller is from Initial Advice Limited/Need More Time/RC Financial which are all linked to Wimbledon Guild of Social Work/Commsave Credit Union in particular Need More Time via the Board of Directors being the same/shared in whole or in part. Bodrul Ahmad and Christopher John Gilchrist are money managers/social workers and I have spoken to both since I took ill health retirement and lump sum in Sept 2011 for March 2012. Bodrul Ahmad offered cheekily to money manage my pension and lump sum in 2011.
Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1183282xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. Rang twice in two days. Told first caller I was planning a family funeral (true) and asked the caller to remove my name from their list. I was called the following day at a similar time and again told the caller to remove my name.

They sent me a text out of the blue asking to contact them WRT to their client FedEx Europe. A ref number was given, though no reason for why I should contact them. Googling shows Controlaccount to be a debt collection company, though I have no prior business with them.

In the last week I havbe received 42 calls from these people over 2 numbers.At 9am one mornig I asked them to call me back at 4.30 I was at work in in the sapce of the next 30 minutes I had 4 calls. Then at 6pm I had a call which I answered and although I could hear people in the back ground no-one would take to me. So I left it open for an hour on my mobile. They were paying for it!
