Fraud, claiming my national insurance number has been compromised or something along the lines. It's a robotic female voice, not an actual caller. Don't trust them, if something like that happens, HMRC would send you a letter, maybe an ufficial email, not call you from a private phone number!

Phoned me several times but as I found out why they called, by reading comments on this site, I have added their number to my list of blocked calls on my Call Guardian phone setup. Man with an extremely conk Indian accent but calling himself something like James Jeferson phoned me a day after I put my CV on line, I phoned back and told him I was at work but he said he would call me back; he kept repeating details that were on my CV saying he was just confirming them. Told me about companies that I already knew about and to whom I had applied for; said he was passing my details to his seniors (dodgy) who would call me with more details, he called me three more times but really pissed
