They do not with hold their telephone number. rang them on their direct line 01792311578 and they gave me a false 0800 number to complain to. A repeat call to the direct line said they would get their customer service dept to ring me back. They never did. AVOID

Several missed calls from this number, finally answered one & was told they were calling RE a road traffic accident I d been involved in 2 years ago that was not my fault. Never been involved in an accident & have a clean licence so hung up!

Called me claiming I called them last year about House insurance, when I told him I had not heard of him and never called them or anyone else about home insurance as I do it all online he got rude and aggressive, I put the phone down.
