Keeps ringing every 20 minutes, if someone answers some asian talking gobbledegook,other times no answer
As it was a local number, I answered the call. Guy in an incoherent Asian accent introduced himself informing me about government grants for boiler replacements. As I couldn't make him out properly I asked if I could phone him back. He kept insisting he'd tell me all about his proposition, so I put the phone down. I tried to redial his number, but number inaccessible.
