As per the comment they made on the 8th Dec 2016 to "hannah" makes me think how many friends do they really want to make. SCAM, this was the second of 3 phone calls I got on a saturday morning, when i was still in bed, the first 2 before 9am, I have an answer machine and neither of the first 2 left messages, dont have call logging, so can only retrieve the last caller, which was this number, then around 9:54 the phone rang for a third time, I answered immediately, as I was actually holding the phone when it rang, said hello twice, no response, then they hung up that number was 01375405982.

.Harassing Cold call . Trying to sell roof insulation. Do I buy from harassing cold callers??? Nope! Knew our name and address. Asked him where he got details - said from database but could not say what. Told him should at the minimum his company should be vetting against telephone preference service. Asked him to remove our details from his database to comply with current GDPR rules. Kept him talking for a good 10 minutes to stop him harassing others during that time

It is totally a scam, telling me i will be arrested if i don’t press 1, a warrant will be issued blah blah blah.
