This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range 011326500xx just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. I tried to call the number back but no luck, number not in service - probably one-way gateway of the call centre not allowing inbound calls so you are not able to call them back. The debt collections company called portfolio recovery associates having a call centre in Swansea (never heard of one there before, I think they buying loads of telephone numbers all over the country and diverting all calls to a central office as I called that number several times, stayed on phone just long enough to hear voice and no one spoke with a welsh accent.
