They claimed to have a file on me which said I had been involved in an accident in the last two and half years. This is untrue. They refused to tell me how they got the file. I am registered with the Phone Marketing preference service, so their call was illegal. Who will prosecute them?

A lady with a heavy sub-continent voice called Patricia alleges she is from the non-existent National Repayment Department. She asks for personal details, before asking for your bank details. Has been harassing me for a week. Calls (which I ve locked but still can see received call history), text and voice message. I contacted them that I have dealt with PayPal directly as they are not trustworthy and it is not my problem if PayPal did not inform them. Today they left me a voice message calling me a b * t c h. Seriously? These monkeys didn t even get my name right.

Answered the call and it was a civil servant helping me with my benefit payments. Perhaps others would rather not hear from the DWP(!) but if you re expecting a call as I was then it s probably best to accept it.

Brilliant company, called me out of the blue, spoke to a wonderful guy called Josh i believe, great communication from start to finish. Very happy with my solar panels.
Called this morning just before 8.30 am. As the number was unrecognised it was allowed to go to the answering machine. The call was terminated almost immediately.
Cold called me said they were the Hearing Clinic in Derby asked if l worked in a noisy industry took my details Rang back to book a home hearing test. Next day rang again to book hearing Test with no record of me By now l am suspicious l rang them and asked them to bring up my details on their computer but couldn t do that because they were using the phone. I rang again and asked them where they were, they said Carlisle, l told them the last time l rank this number they were in Derby. reply was sorry sir
