Called my wife today. Indian gentleman called Rick. Same spiel as previously reported. Why doesn t BT put these people off-line. BT must be aware of this scam but choose to ignore it as they make money out of the scammers calls. Get your finger out BT!!

Claims to be from national crime prevention scheme but I recognised the voice as that of a scammer that sells advertising in Police, Fire Brigade and Ambulance service magazines.

Called twice in 5 minutes on my mobile, didn t answer as unknown number, caller didn t leave a message.

Looking for bad drivers or if you have been bumped not the sort to deal with I would rate them 9

They claim to be Vodafone but it isn t! I know this as a 100% guarantee. As a friend of mine works for the Police, and they checked the number out! It s people making out to be Vodafone, to scam people out of money and get bank details. My friend from the Police, has passed on this information to C.I.D, to sort it out, as they call me non stop up to 5 times a day. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS, AS ITS A DANGEROUS SCAM!

I have been contacted by this number every day (some time twice a day)for the past week. each time it has been for the same contract opportunity each time I tell them NO! Tried to con our mother and get all our details. They claim to be Scottish power

Was skeptical at first because they asked for details of the account but then I had just filled out an online form on uswitch and it was the same info they were asking for and I literally had the details there. The man was polite and even had me looking at Trust Pilot to read about their services. Ended up saving about 1/3rd on my farms energy. Only as I was out of contract and I didn t know though.

Turns out it's the Federation of Small Businesses. They call you if you started to fill out an application but didn't complete it.

The Trust Deed People they may claim to be. But ask yourself this question. How many Trust Deeds have they realistically administered? What other alternatives will they suggest? How much will they make from your case? Is a company based in England familiar with the nuances of Scottish insolvency? Always do your research. Good luck to you whatever you decide.
