Don't speak when answered and numerous calls from same number at same time using clogging up all lines so no one else can ring in, meaning our customers get sent to voicemail. Have emailed 118-online [who's website seems a bit dodgy] and had assurances that our number[s] are taken from their list, but that obviously has not happened. So OFCOM here we come.

Think this was a scam, it took a while to connect and then went through to a call centre. I asked who it was and then it hung up.

Not sure if it is a scam, but concerned they knew my name, and what domestic appliances I have. We recently cancelled insurance with Domestic and General, so wondering if they have sold on our details. Told them I don't need their insurance as would by new if beyond economic repair, and the caller seemed surprised that I could fix a recent washing machine problem myself. It's not difficult to change the brushes on the motor or to unblock the filter

Within minutes of getting a nuisance call on the spare mobile telephone I do not use I received this call on my landline, a recorded voice telling me it was the last time they would be trying to contact me - but I have had the SAME MESSAGE many times! They continue to lie. Their calls are uninvited. I do not want anything to do with them. I object to recorded messages of this type anyway.
