Then informed me that I have 2 options Option 1 - to go to court and risk losing the case and owing £20,000 or Option 2 - pay £3,900 now. They also told me that an arrest warrant was outstanding for me and that if I did not pay that the police were on their way to find me and that my assets, passport, driving licence and bank accounts were all about to be frozen.I am not sure how I manag
