This number is a scam. They are rude, aggressive and threatening and I have reported them to ActionFraud. They will hurl abuse at you, threaten you and intimidate you by calling you from your own number to make you feel vulnerable.
Something about the SMS text delivery system, 4 options, including press 4 to get no more SMS messages. Decided that picking any of the options would not be a good idea and just hung up.

The number 0800 862 0818 is genuine, but everyone should always consider if a number is spoofed - try to get them to tell you something about you that they know already.
