Rang me a few times, asked me to confirm my address and date of birth, told them that I didn’t give that information out over the phone, they said they would write me a letter but have never received one, then they seem to be texting me once a month asking to call them with a ref number, I don’t see the point if they can’t tel me what it’s about over the phone, they say they want your address for security reasons, and I say I’m not willing to give them details out for security reasons, and so It continues,

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - scam PPI calls. Did someone answer any number of this range?
